About Us

The Lettings Business began in May 2019 with our head office based in Leicestershire.


Run and led by exceptional Estate Agents with a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have worked within Estate Agency for over 20 years and made the decision to set up a specialist lettings agency that would provide a bespoke and world class service for our tenants and landlords. Our aim is to ensure that all property needs are covered under one roof. We always ensure that our landlords receive a first class service throughout the tenancy journey,  professionally undertaking all the tasks included within the chosen level of service. Additionally we ensure that tenants can be confident that the home they rent is safe and secure and under the management of true professionals in this field.


Our ethos is to ensure that we build lasting relationships with our customers so that they have the confidence that The Lettings Business are here to help support and manage all their property needs.



Meet ‘The Lettings Business’ team:



Narinder Singh Nijjar - Director & Co-Founder -Regarded as an expert in the property field Narinder has been working within the industry for 15 years. In addition to this, he has a wealth of experience in sales and development, he is also the Director and Co-Founder of 1 Stop Maintenance and Fraser Stretton and was also a Judge on the BBC program 'The Best House in Town'. 



 Jaz Kaur - Director & Co-Founder - Jaz has been working within the property industry for 20 Years gaining vast experience and knowledge of the Lettings and Sales sector. After a brief foray into the world of Law, she realised her true passion and calling was property. Jaz has had exposure to the corporate world and other Estate Agents. She is also the Director and Co-Founder of Fraser Stretton and 1 Stop Maintenance. 




Xenia Hollis- Lettings Manager -  Xenia joined the property industry as an Administrator with no previous knowledge or experience, however with her hard work and dedication to the role she is now regarded as a property management expert. Her career is progressing at a rapid pace and she is certainly a rising star within the property industry. Promoted to Lettings Manager in March 2020-Congratulations!


Laurie Rickaby (Lulu)- Property Co-ordinator - Lulu joined us in March 2020 and has experience within various industries. She oversees all applicant enquiries, attends viewings and generally coordinates the lettings functionality. We are growing rapidly and it is great to have Lulu on board.

Lauren Challis - Trainee Property Assistant- Lauren joined us mid March 2020 and has vast administration experience. She oversees applicant enquiries, arranges viewings and helps to support and underpin the administration of the office. Its is great to have Lauren on board and we are genuinely excited by the potential she has to grow with our company.
